Miss Free!

hello,

as i love miss charlotte free so much, i thought i would do another picture of her. i love these pictures from this catwalk so i knew i had the use another one. first i sketched it and went over with black fine liner pens, then i scanned it onto my laptop and played around with it in Photoshop. the second picture down is a bit weird when you look at it, which i got from just layering the line of the image. i then decided to colour it in to get the amazing pink of her hair. instead of it just being white i thought adding a background would be pretty cool, and who doesn't love tye-dye?!

My latest obsession is model pictures, but mainly backstage more natural ones. I love the make-up and different looks. I have started drawing a few of them & I think I may do a lot more, so hopefully I will get posting more of my work. Seeing that exhibition yesterday has inspired me to do more (not that my work is anything near as good as theirs!) but yeah, I want to do more stuff. I find models so interesting to draw and they are so versatile. Of course also I love drawing my favourite model of all Miss Charlotte Free.

charlotte free, definitely my favourite model right now. she's so beautiful in every look. i don't usually like pink hair, but she pulls it off. this is my picture i drew of her. she even posted it on her tumblr blog which made me pretty happy.
